Apple Remodeling and Construction is a small, personalized company designed to serve YOUR remodeling needs. Our projects range from $3k - $400k, from small time and material residential jobs, to large commercial tenant finish contracts. We are fully equipped to handle all phases of every project, whether it's an elaborate three-story addition, a high-end kitchen, a small window remodel, or a 100,000 sf tenant finish. We love doing them all.

Apple's strength is in our customers total satisfaction. Not from just doing a great job today, but by also maintaining an excellent relationship with our clients for many years after completing projects for them. In fact, 50% of our business is REPEAT business for previous clients. Another 45% comes from client REFERRALS!

Like any good company, Apple has grown over the past 23 years, but we're still a relatively small company with a loyal clientele and a terrific group of stable, reliable sub-contractors. By limiting growth (we still only run two major projects at a time) we've managed to keep our quality highest and our prices lowest in the industry, we have purposely kept our rates just below the Denver average in an effort to eliminate price as a concern for our clients. Our philosophy of limiting our size in order to maximize personal service has allowed Apple to thrive for over two decades in an industry where the average contractor comes and goes in less than three years.
